We are a Charitable Trust, run by volunteers.

The Trust was established in 1999 by local people wanting to promote awareness of the woollen industry in the Stroud valleys and to celebrate contemporary textiles.

We have a Board of Trustees responsible for the overall direction of the Charity and a Management Committee, chaired by Ian Mackintosh, that superintends our day-to-day activities.

We operate Dunkirk Mill Museum at Nailsworth which, as it is Fully Accredited by Arts Council England, has its own management committee, chaired by Jane Ford.
